16S amplicon sequenced samples from Nash's Field Survey 2013

16S-amplicon sequenced samples, which are a subset of the samples from the complete soil bacterial survey of Nash's Field in 2013.Sequencing and DADA2 processing was run on these samples alongside those from the Pascual-Garcia study, and they have therefore been deposited by Matt Lloyd Jones for the purposes of the reproducibility of the Pascual-Garcia study.
