These files contain the raw data used to perform General Linear Models (data_Nicolaus et al_RRA_2025) and survival analysis (matrix_survival_analysis_Nicolaus et al_RRA_2025). In the first excel file, explanation on the column content can be found in the second sheet. In the second file, a matrix can be found where weekly detections of a given fish are given (0=not seen, 1 = seen)
