Data and code for Triaging transcriptomic tumor-associated macrophage markers by protein support: a public-data feasibility study

Derived tables, figure source data, analysis scripts, figure manifests, and audit outputs accompanying the manuscript "Triaging transcriptomic tumor-associated macrophage markers by protein support: a public-data feasibility study." The workflow reanalyzes public macrophage RNA (GEO GSE297659) and processed proteomics (MassIVE/ProteomeXchange MSV000097870/PXD063897; PRIDE PXD032801 and PXD043978) to test which transcriptomic TAM-associated markers retain protein-level detection and directional support. Primary input datasets are public at the listed accessions. This package contains the derived analysis artifacts needed to reproduce the reported findings, repaired publication figures, and the complete named supplementary table set.
