ClZISO mutation leads to photochromic flesh in watermelon

Fruit flesh samples were collected at four stages. Three fruits from each line were bulked to construct each biological repeat. Three biological replicates were sampled. Total RNA extraction and RNA-seq library construction and sequencing were performed.
