Gut microbiota in Vietnamese patients with rheumatoid arthritis

The overall objective of this study is to elucidate the relationship between gut microbiota and rheumatoid arthritis (RA), as well as treatment response, in a cohort of Vietnamese RA patients. Specifically, we aim to (i) characterize the diversity and composition of the gut microbiota in RA patients compared to healthy individuals, and (ii) identify changes in the gut microbiota before and after treatment with disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs).
