Peripheral blood (PB) cells were obtained from previously untreated patients with CLL. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were isolatedand total RNA was extracted followed by rRNA depletion from total RNA. Then, the RNA was reverse transcribed to cDNA and constructed into a strand-specific library after being purified by rRNA depletion. Sequencing was performed on Illumina Novaseq 6000 platform (Illumina, San Diego, USA).
