This record contains processed gene-level count matrices generated from bulk RNA-seq experiments. The dataset includes: in vitro bulk RNA-seq of CD3⁺ T cells isolated from human peripheral blood and treated with defined metabolites under controlled experimental conditions; in vivo bulk RNA-seq of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) isolated from mice exposed to dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) and administered metabolites.
