A geometric approach to the alignment of sensor arrays in optical instruments

Demonstration of an algorithm to align a sensor array in an optical instrument by imaging a grid pattern of dots. Included in this dataset is all the computer code required to run the algorithm, as well as an example set of images that are used to run the algorithm. All code is in python and available open source.<br>The demonstration is provided in an ipython notebook, as well as .pdf and .html format. The image data is included as .jpg files.
