tRNA-derived fragments are elevated in the aging brain and may contribute to neurodegeneration

Analysis code and processed data accompanying the manuscript "tRNA-derived fragments are elevated in the aging mouse brain and may contribute to neurodegeneration." Includes analysis scripts and alignment outputs for five public small RNA-seq datasets (GSE111279, GSE217458, GSE282205, E-MTAB-12731, GSE131695), experimental validation data (northern blot, RT-qPCR), and a master script to reproduce all manuscript figures. Alignment outputs were generated using smallRNA-seq pipeline v2.01 (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20140745).
