Constructing the Human Brain Metabolic Connectome with MR Spectroscopic Imaging Reveals Cerebral Biochemical Organization

Due to the high dimensionality of neuroimaging data, we are providing the raw data used to generate every figure in the manuscript. Some data are provided in NIFTI format, while other, more lightweight plots are available in NPZ format, which can be loaded in a Python environment and contain all the necessary metadata to generate those plots. The files have been compressed into their respective FigX folders corresponding to the figures they generate.
