Temperature sensitivity of soil organic carbon decomposition along an altitudinal gradient during alpine mine slopes restoration

This dataset provides information on the temperature sensitivity of soil organic carbon (SOC) decomposition across altitudinal gradients following ecological restoration of mine slopes. Thirty soil samples were collected from five elevations and subjected to controlled laboratory incubation experiments. For each elevation, Q10 values, soil carbon fractions, and the abundances of carbon-degrading genes were quantified.
