A Privacy-Preserved Multi-Level Dataset of User Roles and System Deployment in a Geofencing-Enabled Oil Palm Harvest Management System

This dataset provides a privacy-preserved, multi-level representation of user roles, functional assignments, and system deployment within a geofencing-enabled oil palm harvest management environment. The released data represent seven pseudonymized operational plantation units (PU01–PU07) and comprise 2,337 registered users, 389 anonymized application-account records, and 175 geofencing-related functional assignments. Account deployment information spans 2019-2025 and is released using privacy-generalized temporal periods. The repository contains four analytical datasets and three supporting resources. D1 contains privacy-preserved account-level role and deployment records; D2 contains registered-user coverage by pseudonymized operational unit and role; D3 contains aggregated Data Input and Monitoring functional assignments; D4 provides role and deployment summaries; D5 contains the data dictionary; D6 documents privacy, integrity, and disclosure-risk validation; and D7 contains figure-ready reproducibility data. Before public release, organizational identifiers were pseudonymized, direct personal and authentication-related identifiers were removed, exact timestamps were generalized, and quasi-identifier combinations were evaluated using small-cell disclosure control. Operational-unit identifiers were excluded from the public account-level dataset where granular combinations increased re-identification risk. The dataset contains no individual GPS trajectories, geofence entry/exit events, application-use logs, harvest transactions, productivity measurements, or individual-level linkage across D1–D3. The data are intended for reuse in digital-agriculture implementation research, agricultural information systems, organizational technology deployment, workforce-role analysis, geofencing-enabled operational workflows, and privacy-preserving agricultural data sharing.
