To investigate the impact of DDX24 silencing on the translation landscape in HUVEC cells, we conducted Ribo-seq analysis. Overall design: To investigate changes in translation in response to DDX24 knockdown, we performed ribosome profiling (Ribo-seq) and matched RNA-seq in HUVEC cells subjected to DDX24 knockdown for 48 h using siRNAs. Both Ribo-seq and the matched RNA-seq experiments performed in 3 replicates.
