资源简介:
Cili, a fruit of Rosa roxburghii Tratt., possesses exceptional nutritional and medicinal value but is particularly perishable postharvest. While moderate stress, such as low temperature, effectively slows decay, its dependence on refrigeration increases costs and environmental burden. To address this challenge, the study applied exogenous hydrogen peroxide, a crucial signaling substance under stress, at concentrations of 20, 200, and 2000 mM to postharvest Cili.
