Bulk RNA-Seq of PC9 xenograft tumors in different stages of response and resistance to Erlotinib treatment. A combination treatment is proposed in order to overcome Erlotinib drug resistance. PC9 cells (3X106/mouse) were subcutaneously injected in the flanks of 13 CD1-nu/nu mice. When tumors reached 500 mm3, mice were treated daily with erlotinib (50 mg/kg). Once started relapsing and reached 800 mm3, we switched to a combination of 2XmAbs (Cetuximab + Trastuzumab) plus erlotinib (50 mg/kg)
