Affymetrix OncoScan arrays were used to identify potential driver DNA copy number alterations and somatic mutations that promote the development of multiple primary malignancies in 26 breast cancer patients. Overall design: Copy number analysis of Affymetrix OncoScan CNV Plus arrays was performed on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded samples from 26 breast cancer patients (breast cancer and previously diagnosed primary malignancy).
