Jishengella zingiberis PLAI1-1. Micromonospora zingiberis strain:PLAI1-1

Draft-genome sequence of Jinshengella zingiberis PLAI1-1. The strain was isolated from Zingibera montanum collected in Nakorn Nayok province, Thailand. The strain PLAI 1-1 represents a novel species of the genus Jishengella , for which the name Jishengella zingiberis sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is PLAI 1-1 (=TBRC 7644=NBRC 113144). However, it doesn't have a genome data; therefore, we proposed the draft genome for using as the reference genomic data.
