The aim of this study is to establish an analytical method for detecting trace amounts of Th and U in high-purity copper using UTEVA resin solid-phase extraction separation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), providing a rapid, low background, and highly sensitive technical solution for the analysis of trace radioactive elements in high-purity metal materials. This dataset systematically records the entire process of the study, providing solid support for the transparency and reproducibility of the results.
