Transcriptome analysis in Strongyloides ratti tissue-migrating larvae, Tokyo strain

Strongyloides ratti is a parasitic nematode of rats. In this species had the difference pattern of migration route compared with the same genus. The infective third-stage larvae (iL3s) penetrate to the host skin, reach to the nasofrontal area of the head. Then, the larvae swallowed reach to the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, develop into adult worms and expel eggs in the feces. However, the responsible factors, which involved migration routes of this stage have not been identified yet. To discover gene profile on S. ratti tissue-migrating larval, RNAseq analysis.
