Conversion script for synchronous fluorescence matrices and sample datasets

Matlab script for converting synchronous fluorescence matrices in excitation-emission matrices (sfm2eem.m) and sample datasets for its use, containing samples measured at different excitation/offset step ratios.
Each sample dataset contains the spectra of fluoranthene, anthracene, phenanthrene and pyrene mixtures in water, measured in an Agilent Cary Eclipse spectrofluorometer, as well as a blank (measured with only Milli-Q water) for blank subtraction. Measurement parameters and specific concentrations are all included in the readme.
