基于燃料电池电堆耐久性不足和衰减机理不清晰等难点,金属板燃料电池工程样堆性能及10kW短堆耐久性测试数据集包含60kW第三方检测数据及10kW车用电堆短堆3000小时放电性能测量数据,测试工况采用NEDC工况,使用G600测试台电子负载模拟动态载荷情况下的电堆电压输出及各节电池节电压变化情况,单cycle时长60min,单次运行10h左右停机休整1h,每运行100h机进行一次全电密极化曲线测试,测试总时长超过3000h。基于对本数据集,研究车用运行工况对电堆耐久性的影响因素,并通过采用适当的性能恢复方法,使燃料电池电堆保持较低衰减率,最终达成项目指标3000h衰减率<3%。采集数据内容包括运行时间、氢气流量、空气流量、氢气和空气进出堆温度、压力、电堆冷却液流量、冷却液进出堆温度和压力、湿度,电堆电流、电压和各节单体电池节电压。数据量为12GB,内含402个xls表格文件。
This dataset focuses on performance tests of metal-plate fuel cell engineering prototype stacks and durability tests of 10kW vehicle-mounted fuel cell short stacks, addressing the challenges such as insufficient durability of fuel cell stacks and unclear degradation mechanisms. It contains 60kW third-party test data and 3000-hour discharge performance measurement data of 10kW vehicle-mounted fuel cell short stacks. The test adopted the NEDC operating cycle, where a G600 test bench electronic load was used to simulate dynamic loads to record the stack voltage output and voltage variations of each individual cell. Each single cycle lasts 60 minutes, with a single run of approximately 10 hours followed by a 1-hour shutdown and rest interval. A full current density polarization curve test is performed every 100 hours of operation, and the total test duration exceeds 3000 hours. Based on this dataset, researchers can explore the influencing factors of vehicle operating conditions on stack durability, utilize appropriate performance recovery methods to maintain a low degradation rate of fuel cell stacks, and finally achieve the project target that the degradation rate is less than 3% after 3000 hours of operation. The collected data covers operating time, hydrogen flow rate, air flow rate, inlet and outlet temperatures and pressures of hydrogen and air supplied to the stack, stack coolant flow rate, inlet and outlet temperatures and pressures of the coolant, humidity, stack current, stack voltage, and the voltage of each individual cell. The total data volume is 12 GB, including 402 XLS spreadsheet files.
