A connection was kept in the binary structural<br> connectome if the connection was represented in at least 50% of the subjects. <br> =&gt; File: recSC_88CTRL_th0.5_scale4_cortical.txt The brain was parcellated using the cortical regions of Lausanne 2008 parcellation scale 4 (Cammoun2012).<br> The labels of the regions is available in this dataset.<br> =&gt; File: LABELS_cortical_scale250.txt Finally, we completed the dataset with a python script to open the data.<br> =&gt; File: Script_ReadData.py
