Supplement to 'CNHplus: the chromosomal copy number heterogeneity which respects biological constraints' by Grendar et al. TCGA_UCEC_res.csv is a data file where: - sample is TCGA id of UCEC samples considered by van Dijk et al. - ploidy, purity, cnh are for van Dijk et al. CNH - ploidy_plus, purity_plus, cnh_plus are for CNH+ TCGA_survivals_stratified_by_CNHplus is a word document containing Kaplan Meier plots of Overall Survival for TCGA studies. Patients are stratified by CNH+ (below or equal to the median CNH+, above the median CNH+).
