The data contained in the dataset concern the determination of chlorophyll, including the maximum efficiency of water splitting on the donor side of PSII (Fv/Fo), the total number of electrons absorbed, retained and transported by the active reaction centre, respectively ABS/RC, TRo/RC and ETo/RC and the complete dissipation of the energy captured by RC in terms of the excited surface of the photosynthetic sample (DIo/CS), as well as the efficiency with which the exciton charged by RC moved the electron in the electron chain beyond Qᴀ⁻ (ETo/TRo), electron transport by PSII (ETo/ CS) and the density of active reaction centres per area of photosynthetically excited sample both at a minimum and maximum chlorophyll fluorescence (RC/CSo and RC/CSm). Data will be updated.
