Photosynthesis efficiency and stress level tests

The data contained in the dataset concern the determination of chlorophyll, including the maximum efficiency of water splitting on the donor side of PSII (Fv/Fo), the total number of electrons absorbed, retained and transported by the active reaction centre, respectively ABS/RC, TRo/RC and ETo/RC and the complete dissipation of the energy captured by RC in terms of the excited surface of the photosynthetic sample (DIo/CS), as well as the efficiency with which the exciton charged by RC moved the electron in the electron chain beyond Qᴀ⁻ (ETo/TRo), electron transport by PSII (ETo/ CS) and the density of active reaction centres per area of ​​photosynthetically excited sample both at a minimum and maximum chlorophyll fluorescence (RC/CSo and RC/CSm).
