INSPIRE SN Distribution of species

The dataset contains information on the geographical distribution of animal and plant species in the Free State of Saxony. Species observation data from Annexes II, IV and V of the Fauna Flora Habitats Directive (Directive 92/43/EEC) and bird observation data from Annex I of the EU Birds Directive (Directive 2009/147/EC) as well as special or strictly protected bird species with breeding information in accordance with the Federal Nature Conservation Act (BNatSchG) are presented from the Central Species Database (ZenA) Saxony.
