Supplementary data for “A Simple and Practical Approach for Determining the Shear Strength of Fresh, Unfilled Discontinuities”

This dataset provides the supplementary experimental results supporting the manuscript “A Simple and Practical Approach for Determining the Shear Strength of Fresh, Unfilled Discontinuities.” It includes uniaxial compression stress–strain curves, profilometer-derived roughness-angle distributions, individual three-core and saw-cut block tilt-test measurements, planar-plate direct shear results, shear stress–displacement curves obtained from artificial discontinuity surfaces, and photographs of the discontinuity surfaces before and after shearing. All 15 tilt-test repetitions are provided for transparency; the β₃c and ϕb,block values reported in the manuscript correspond to the median of the first five repetitions.
