Opisthorchis viverrini infection induces metabolic and fecal microbial disturbances in association with liver and kidney pathologies in hamsters

All spectral data obtained from urine, hepatic and serum hamsters. The hamsters were allocated into two groups with 20 per group: 1) Ov+, the infected group, which hamsters were orally inoculated 50 metacercariae of O. viverrini; and 2) Ov-, non-infected control group at 1 and 4 mpi.
