Oncorhynchus mykiss Transcriptome or Gene expression

cDNA was sequenced from five clonal (isogenic) lines of rainbow trout individually in order to identify SNPs and estimate the number of duplicated genes. Two tissues, embryo and head kidney, were individually sequenced.
