This repository contains all the processed data for the study titled "Emergence of oncofetal plasticity is ubiquitous in early colorectal cancers" to replicate the figures in the paper. See README file for details. Changes in version 2 of this dataset: It was noted that the file "cosmx_exp1_seuratObject_processed.rds" within the ZIP archive "Nanostring_CosMx_exp1.zip" appears to have been corrupted during upload. We replaced the corrupt file.
