Small intestinal bulk RNA-Seq after murine allo-BMT with different numbers of co-transferred donor T cells

Wild-type Balb/c recipient mice received total body irradiation (2 x 4.5 Gy) followed by transplantation of 5 x 10^6 allogeneic (C57BL/6) bone marrow cells. In addition, recipient mice received co-transfer of different numbers of allogeneic donor T cells (mixture of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells isolated from the spleen of C57BL/6 mice). Balb/c recipient mice were cotransplanted with low numbers (0.1 x 10^6), medium numbers (0.5 x 10^6), or high numbers (2.5 x 10^6) donor T cells. We performed bulk RNA sequencing of the small intestine (terminal region) on day 7 after allogeneic bone marrow transplantation.
