Samples (2-10 mg) were extracted with 2:5:2 CDCl3:CD3OD:H2O, ground, and centrifuged to remove particulate.<br>Extracts (10 uL) were analyzed with HILIC-LC-MS using an Agilent Poroshell 120 HILIC-Z column (2.1 x 100 mm, 1.9 um particle size) at 35 C. Solvent A: 95/5 water/acetonitrile with 0.2% acetic acid and 5 mM ammonium acetate; Solvent B: 95/5 acetonitrile/water with 0.2% acetic acid and 5 m M ammonium acetate.<br>Gradient (0.3 mL/min):99% B for 1 min, decrease to 40% B over 9 min, increase to 99% B over 6 min.
