资源简介:
ADAR editing is a critical part of human brain development. Here we explore ADAR editing patterns in early development by studying human embryonic stem cells (hESC) that are differentiated into mesothelium, endothelium, neural crest cells, and pre-neural crest cells. To further explore fetal development we also used a study with fetal brain samples from 5 condensed regions and 3 gestational time points. We track editing patterns during these gestational weeks to study normal brain development to help understand the role of editing in neurodevelopmental, degenerative, and psychiatric disorders. These can potentially be used for clinical biomarkers. This is part 1 of the final vcf files for predicting RNA editing events in germ layer differentiation and early fetal development.
