Accompanying videos and data for the paper titled "Object detection through dynamic motor-sensory convergence in freely moving rats" This is v2 of the data repository. It differs from v1 only by the addition of the file allJobsTruRat.mat; this file contains a validation dataset added during the paper revisions. v1 appears at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15775619 Other files, appearing within Data.zip: - all video files are included in the 'videos.zip' file (following video compression); red2 / black2 are two rat IDs, which are followed by dates (ddmm, 4 sessions), and serial video numebrs - all data of head and whisker tracking generated from the videos are included in the 'data.zip' files, split for ease of upload / download; splitting was performed using 7-zip (which can also merge the files) - The zip includes a single matlab Data.mat file, weighing ~18GB (see more information within 'readme.txt')
