Microbial diversity of some crops under different cultivation approach

This research focused on the assessment of the microbial diversity of some cultivated crops eg. banana, spinach, and carrot from the Indian state of Maharashtra. Those crops are sampled from different cultivation approaches like non-organic and organic farming, a minimum of 3 rounds of agriculture has been done with these cultivation approaches in the vegetation field. We also included different plant parts for 16s, ITS metagenome sampling eg. rhizospheric soil and non-rhizospheric to understand the microbial diversity between different conditions.
