Bacterial diversity of potato rhizosphere soil under different intercropping patterns

A two-year field experiment was conducted to explore the response of potato rhizosphere soil bacterial diversity to different intercropping patterns.Treatments included potato intercropped with waxy sorghum (PWS), potato intercropped with maize (PM), potato intercropped with soybean (PS), and potato intercropped with tartary buckwheat (PTB), and sole cropping potato (SP) was used as a control.
