Three young men posing for photo. Oakland, circa 1910s. Three young men of Japanese ancestry, posing for a photo. Two are sitting with their hands on their thighs. The third is standing in between the two. All three are in three piece suits and have white boutonnieres. The two sitting are in ties and the one standing is in a bow-tie. The painted background and the company logo in the bottom right indicated this was taken is a studio. The company name is Komai V Arai and was located at 319 Sixth St. Oakland, Cal. There is a dent and general soiling of the photo. The backing has soiling on the front as well as abrasion damage along the bottom and right edges, including the corners. The reverse has water spots, foxing, and silverfish damage. There is also soiling in the bottom left and upper right corners. Object is in good condition overall.
