资源简介：
Isoplot is a publicly available database with visualization for exploration of alternative splicing events. We include three major species of mosquitoes and one closely related species of fruit fly. Our tool enables biologists to explore the patterns and abundance of isoforms at different developmental stages, as well as cross-species sequence comparison of orthologous transcripts.
