Roseicitreum antarcticum ZS2-28T was isolated from intertidal sediment collected from the coastal region of the Chinese Antarctic Zhongshan Station on the Larsemann Hills, Princess Elizabeth Land, East Antarctica. Through second and third generation technologies, bacterial genome was sequenced, spliced and assembled to obtain complete bacterial gene information. The study of bacterial genome is helpful for understanding the basic life process of bacteria living in Antarctic marine environment.
