Dataset for 'Cultivating more-than-animal welfare within the animal research facility'

This is the PhD data set for my thesis, which includes the participant interview data which has been quoted throughout my thesis, the consent forms and participant information sheets and the readme data file which summarises the data in more detail. Interviews with participants explored their experiences of working within the animal research facility which led to discussions on the provision of animal care, their experiences of performing animal euthanasia and their own wellbeing within the animal research facility.
