This strain was was isolated the hepatopancreas of Penaeus vannamei cultured in Rudong County, Jiangsu Province, China. It is suspected that it is related to the slow growth group of Penaeus vannamei. The whole genome sequence of the strain was determined to analyze the evolutionary characteristics of the species, explore the mechanism of its infection on the host, and look for a new target for treatment.
