Ribosome Nascent-chain Complex sequencing on S1HL

Dysregulation of pain-associated genes induced by nerve injury contributes to the development of neuropathic pain and comorbid anxiety. The hindlimb region of the primary somatosensory cortex (S1HL) is a key brain area for the generation and maintenance of pain. To investigate changes in gene translational levels within the S1HL region under neuropathic pain conditions, we employed Ribosome-Nascent Chain Complex Sequencing (RNC-seq).
