对船期数据进行跟踪分析，掌握船期规律，分析船期延期的概率，对船舶发生船期延期的情况分为高概率船期延期，低概率船期延期，有利于客户更好感知船期延期情况，有利于同行行业更好地做好船期管理。1、1、数据采集：通过四港联动数据库输出船公司、船名、航次、imo号、起运港、目的港、预计离港时间、预计到港时间、实际离港时间、实际到港时间、天气情况记录、港口情况记录、突发事件等字段。
2、数据处理：对采集到的数据进行清洗、分类汇总，对船名、imo号进行匿名化处理。
3、数据加工：根据天气情况记录、港口情况记录、突发事件获取对应的天气情况比重A、港口情况比重B、突发事件比重C数据，根据A、B、C对应的影响比重系数A1、B1、C1，统计出船期延期的综合比重Y=A*A1+B*B1+C*C1，通过综合影响比重判断船期发生延期情况的可能性，综合比重大于1.5，即为高概率延期，综合比重小于1.5，即为低概率延期。
4、数据应用：方便货主、船司根据船期延期情况进行调整。

2. Data Processing: Clean and perform classification and aggregation on the collected data, and anonymize the vessel name and IMO number.
3. Data Enrichment: Obtain the weight data of weather condition (A), port condition (B) and emergency events (C) based on the collected weather records, port condition records and emergency events. Combined with the corresponding impact weight coefficients A1, B1 and C1 for A, B and C respectively, calculate the comprehensive weight Y of shipping schedule delay as Y = A*A1 + B*B1 + C*C1. Judge the possibility of shipping schedule delay based on the comprehensive weight: if Y is greater than 1.5, it is categorized as high-probability delay; if Y is less than 1.5, it is categorized as low-probability delay.
4. Data Application: Facilitate shippers and shipping companies to make corresponding adjustments based on the shipping schedule delay status.
