To deeply elucidate the molecular mechanisms of EPA-regulated inflammation and tumor, we performed transcriptome sequencing after treatment of EPA for 48 h in the LPS-induced THP-1 inflammatory cell model and the HCT116 tumor cell model. PCA score plot showed a clear separation between the control, LPS group, and LPS+EPA group in THP-1 cells
