3-year monitoring of ventilation, indoor air and electricity use in a single-family house

Monitoring data from a single-family house (two storeys, 150m² floor area) in central Sweden, 2019-2022.
A long term study was conducted with a 4-person family living in a newly-built Nordic home. Ventilation system interventions allow indoor conditions and energy consumption to be compared year-on-year, with alternative ventilation hardware and operational modes. Data also covers period of Covid-19 disruptions.
• Hourly electricity metering, supplemented by rooftop photovoltaic solar panel production through two years.
• Approx 8-minute interval differential pressure meter readings for whole house ventilation flows, using various ventilation systems and operational modes.
• Approx 10-minute interval indoor environmental quality monitoring (temperature °C, CO2 concentration ppm, relative humidity %, particulates µg/m³) in master bedroom and in open plan livingroom/kitchen.
