To investigate heterogeneity of senescence at the single-cell level, we performed scRNA-seq analysis on bone and marrow mesenchymal cells from aged mice We isolated bone and marrow cells from the femurs and tibias of 3 24-month-old mice, depleted of immune cells Lin- by MACS and enriched for live mesenchymal cells (CD45-SyTOX-) by FACS, and performed 10X Genomics single-cell RNA-sequencing. Samples were pooled and run across two lanes.
