ColorIce: Automated in-plane ice thin section analysis tool

The ColorIce tool contains MATLAB scripts which accept a sequence of photographs of an ice thin section rotated between crossed-polarizers and 1) registers the images, 2) segments the grain boundaries, and 3) identifies the c-axis orientation of each grain in the images. <br> A full description of the methodology and application can be found here: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.coldregions.2022.103735.
