Whole genome sequencing of Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates from pulmonary rifampicin resistant tuberculosis patients at Dr Soetomo Hospital, East Java, Indonesia

Whole genome sequencing of Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates from pulmonary rifampicin-resistant tuberculosis (TB) patients treated with a regimen containing Bedaquiline at Dr Soetomo Hospital, East Java, Indonesia. A total of 19 WGS samples were subjected to the study. An observational cross-sectional study of 14 patient samples and one Laboratory MTB H37Rv strain. A cohort study was conducted on 4 patients with pre and post-3 weeks of treatment using a bedaquiline regimen.
