Draft Genome Sequences of Three Strains of Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae and Two Strains of Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato

There are five strains of Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato registered in the NARO Genebank. When these strains were inoculated into tomatoes, they separated into two groups with different symptoms. We assumed that the differences in symptoms were due to the differences in genetic background of these strains. To make sure that, we performed whole genome sequencing on them. Sequencing these strains, it has been found that two of them were P. syringae pv. tomato but three of them were P. syringae pv. syringae.
