On the speaker discriminatory power asymmetry regarding acoustic-phonetic parameters [data set]

9 acoustic-phonetic parameters deriving from three different acoustic-phonetic classes, i.e., melodic, spectral,<br> and temporal, are present in the data set, as follows: <br> • f0 median: f0 median in semitones ref 1 Hz and in Hertz; <br> • f0 base value: base value of f0 in semitones ref 1 Hz and in Hertz (i.e., equivalent to the 7.4th quantile of the f 0 sample); <br> • F1: the first formant frequency in Hertz measured at oral vowels mid-points; <br> • F2: the second formant frequency in Hertz measured at oral vowels mid-points; <br> • F3: the third formant frequency in Hertz measured at oral vowels mid-points; <br> • F4: the fourth formant frequency in Hertz measured at oral vowels mid-points; <br> • Silent pauses duration: defined as the duration of final and non-final silent pauses with a minimum duration of 100 ms; <br> • Vowel duration: defined as the duration of oral monophthongs including the seven phonemic vowels<br> of Brazilian Portuguese in all possible contexts of realization that emerged; <br> • V-V units duration: vowel-to-vowel interval durations
