Nascent transcript analysis of glucocorticoid crosstalk with TNF in Beas-2B airway epithelial cells

This study addressed mechanisms through which glucocorticoids exert repressive effects on pro-inflammatory TNF signaling using Global Run-on Sequencing (GRO-seq) in Beas-2B airway epithelial cells treated with dexamethasone and/or TNF for 10 or 30 minutes.
